Quebec Investor Program yet to be declared by the Province. The only Passive Investment program of Canada is going to be on hold till 2023. The Quebec Government is going to publish the official Gazette that the QIIP will remain on hold until March 31, 2023.

There are some major changes that are very lucrative already. i.e The modified program is going to allow the fast track the arrival of the applicant with his/her family to Quebec even before they are issued the permanent residence. Condition to settle in QC is also very likely to be reinforced. However, we are to hold on for coming weeks to get the complete program detail and requirement once that is settled by the government of QC.
